Grant Newcombe

Grant Newcombe is a Property Manager with Elite Pacific Vacations. Growing up in Huntington Beach and Newport Beach, CA, Grant spent his formative years shadowing his father, a major infill Developer in the Los Angeles area. Putting his son to work, Grant’s father made sure he knew how to “swing a hammer” and grasp the general understanding of the construction process from a very young age. Over the years, Grant continued to learn as his father taught him first-hand how to analyze prospective investments, supervise projects and manage rental properties.

In 2018, Grant worked as a summer Intern for Ocean Development & Ocean Properties, one of the largest residential infill building and property management firms in Los Angeles. During this internship, Grant expanded his knowledge in the realm of property management, with responsibilities that included fielding tenant complaints, providing management support services, tracking and monitoring projects, and dealing with the city and county.

Grant lived bi-coastally between attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa as a student-athlete during the school year, and interning at Ocean Development & Ocean Properties in Los Angeles, CA during the summer. He decided to plant roots in Hawaii and pursue a career in real estate and property management. In 2020, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, and went on to obtain his Hawaii Real Estate License.

Poised to begin his career in real estate, Grant joined Hawaii’s top Vacation Rental and Property Management Company, Elite Pacific. As a licensed Property Manager in the Vacation Rental Department, Grant assists homeowners with setting up their properties as legal vacation and short-term rentals by providing full-service property management.

Excited with the opportunity to serve clients, Grant is committed, focused, determined, and reliable. His passion for the ocean, the environment, and sustainability translate into every aspect of his business. He believes in not only taking the best care of the properties he manages, but also in caring for the surrounding communities and neighbors. As a dual citizen of Sweden and the US, growing up traveling with his family has allowed Grant the opportunity to understand various cultures, enhancing his ability to work well with others. With family as the other priority in his life, Grant brings the same values of integrity and respect to every client relationship.
