Felipe Barreneche is a Luxury Property Manager with Elite Pacific, who brings an exceptional blend of passion for real estate, outstanding customer service, and philanthropic spirit to his role. Born in Medellin, Colombia, and raised on the idyllic island of Key Biscayne in Miami, Felipe's love for the world of real estate and architecture started at a young age, accompanying his parents on countless sales, allowing him to immerse himself in the industry. Growing up in such a diverse community and speaking three languages fluently, Felipe has developed an incredible ability to understand various cultures, allowing him to connect with his clients on a deeper level and provide them with a personalized experience like no other.

Felipe's impressive range of skills and experience have made him a trusted member of the Elite Pacific team of Luxury Vacation Rental Professionals. His meticulous attention to detail, empathy, and extreme reliability ensures that guests have a flawless and unforgettable stay. In his free time, Felipe enjoys traveling, island hopping, surfing, hiking with his beloved golden retriever, and practicing health and wellness. He is also an active member of the Hawaii Kai Rotary club, where he is dedicated to providing service above self and giving back to the community.

Felipe is also a dedicated philanthropist. At the age of just 14, he co-founded RHL, a non-profit program aimed at supporting underprivileged children in Miami and teaching them about healthy life choices. RHL rapidly gained sponsorship from multiple local businesses and retailers and eventually spread to New York and California, after capturing the attention of the media.

In 2016, Felipe pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business and earned a scholarship to Hawaii Pacific University for his outstanding academic standing and community work. During his first semester, he became a founding team member at Organic Amazon, a Premium Açaí startup food company. His insatiable curiosity and drive helped him wear multiple hats, taking on the roles of Sales, Operations, and Marketing. He planted roots in Oahu during the summer, gaining traction in the food industry and landed partnerships across the islands and nationwide with established chains such as Whole Foods Market, 7 Eleven HI, Foodland, Down To Earth HI, and the Military commissaries.

After graduating early in 2019 with prestigious honors of Summa Cum Laude, Barreneche embarked on multiple projects. With a passion for luxury architecture from a young age, Felipe took on the role as Project & Property Manager for a Bali-inspired home on North Shore, Oahu. His extensive management experience across multiple projects led him to follow in his parents' footsteps and embark on a career in real estate.
